At first encounter the Karoo may seem arid, desolate and unforgiving, but to those who know it, it is a land of secret beauty and infinite variety.

A self-drive destination which is a perfect getaway for a group of family or friends on a dedicated game farm. It is also an ideal overnight stay for travellers or international guests who wish to experience the Karoo while on a short-stay. Guests are free to explore the entire landscape which is an ideal environment for walks, mountain biking, bird watching with a list of over 200 species and if lazy days are your thing, a braai/barbecue at the shaded lapa by the river completes the magic of our lodge and the Karoo.

Expect to see Eland, Kudu, Gemsbok, Golden Wildebees, Black Wildebees, Blue Wildebees, Zebra, Rooi Hartebees, Springbok, Blesbok, Impala, Fellon Deer, Steenbok and Duiker.
